"It is rare to come across a standout, multitalented, and genuine individual these days. Few people are gifted the opportunity to be coached and mentored by someone who deeply cares to rise up leaders and build connections with people, but I am grateful I did when I was coached by Asa.”

Asa and I have yet to meet in person, but I have had the pleasure to know Asa through social media. We started off as Instagram acquaintances in 2018 when I came across a page she founded named Hey Thrive Girl. Through Hey Thrive Girl, I was able to find her personal Instagram page and keep up with her. I found myself constantly in awe of Asa's passion and commitment to helping others. In 2019, she posted a picture of her in my homeland, Puerto Rico, and wrote to us the readers her experience of joining her church in reconstructing homes after my island was struck by Hurricane Maria two years prior. A couple of months later that same year, she posted for International Women's Day a carousel of pictures in different countries outside the United States. That goes to show her passion transcends the barriers of language and distance, and that Asa's pledge to humanity does not accept "no" for an answer.

One of the skills I value most that Asa possesses is leadership. She embodies what it is to lead and guide others into their roles and positions sufficiently. She is extremely personable, communicative, and is certain of what she wants. When Asa has a vision, it is brought to completion but in the case that it does not, with a positive attitude she finds another way to bring her vision to life. Asa is dependable but I value how she takes care of herself first before she pours into others. Asa gives her absolute best to any person and anything she is entrusted with.

I had the chance to witness and benefit from her leadership in August 2021 when I registered for the Profitable Pitch Course where Asa shared gems on how to get brands to notice us and how we could land paid partnerships. I took all the valuable lessons learned from this course and was reposted a couple of times by a couple of skincare brands and even got to work for KraveBeauty.

I could go on and on about Asa but then I'd write a novel. All in all, she is a valuable asset and a person to treasure. As a team member, leader, or even as a friend, Asa earns my highest recommendation."
